Project:
Sortation Systems
Linear and Cross Belt Sorter

Example of a linear conveyor sortation system that can sort up to 6,000 items per hour
Led the design, development, and implementation of advanced sorting systems customized for diverse customer requirements. Key contributions included:
- System Layouts and Configurations: Designed and optimized layouts for sorting systems across 30 unique customer facilities, balancing space, throughput, and efficiency.
- Conveyor and Pneumatic Actuator Design: Engineered conveyors and pneumatic actuator mechanisms for precise and reliable item sorting.
- Chute and Bin Design: Developed ergonomic and space-efficient chute and bin solutions to accommodate varying item sizes and volumes.
- Actuation System Design and Testing: Designed and rigorously tested actuation systems to ensure seamless integration with sorters and achieve high-speed performance.
- Scanning Module Assembly and Production: Assembled and scaled production of scanning modules for accurate identification and tracking during the sorting process.
